Lovely Followers (Warning: This may be a long post)

I regret to say I will no longer be running this blog. The reason I’ve decided this is because it’s getting more and more difficult to frequently post GIF sets for this particular fandom. Much as I /adore/ Matt and Trey, they do few interviews and when they do, it’s more often than not the same questions followed by the same answers and that makes it extremely difficult to find fresh material to turn into a GIF set, and then I feel like I’m just recycling old posts (which isn’t good for me) I’m aware, of course, that there are the films they’re in too, but all my favourite scenes from those films I have already made GIF sets of. This is why I’ve been posting less and less just lately, though I’ve been trying. But I find myself just sat watching a Matt and Trey interview, documentary or film trying to find a part of it to turn into a set… and I just can’t find anything. GIF sets are also very time consuming, and I admit it annoys me when I spend all this time making one of something that I just don’t feel is worth turning into one. I just feel that this blog is getting stale, and it’s getting harder and harder to keep it fresh. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this fandom, I love Matt and Trey and I love everything they stand for, and everything their fans stand for. But anyone in this fandom knows (or should know) how difficult it is to continuously post when something is so consistent. So, that’s that. I’d like to point out, however, that this blog WILL remain open for anyone who might want to look through my old posts. Who knows? Maybe I will even come back to it one day. :) I’d also like to say that I am NOT leaving Tumblr; I will be running a new blog, but it will be a multi-fandom blog and I will be posting GIF sets of hundreds of different things I love. South Park and the Book of Mormon may show up on this new blog (and maybe even Matt and Trey will show up at some point too ;)) And if anyone is interested in following, I’ll post a link to it on this blog as soon as it’s up and running. So yeah, that’s all really… Before I go, though, I would just like to say a massive THANK YOU to all the people who have followed this blog, particularly those of you who have continuously reblogged and liked everything I have posted. I have spoken to some wonderful people on here and it has been so much fun being part of a fandom that is so difficult to find outside of Tumblr. You are all so tight-knit and always welcome anyone who is new to the fandom. You never judge people and you all share the same love of something that is truly amazing. I want you all to continue being so awesome! I will miss you all very much, but don’t be sad now. For this is not a good-bye, this is simply… see you later.  ;)
